“We love it here, there’s so much to do!” is a typical response by our visitors at Austin Lake. We are proud to offer something for everyone.
Bring your RV and stay awhile in our spacious grassy lots or maybe you would prefer to rent one of our cozy log cabins.
Day visitors are also welcome.
Water sports and swimming are definitely a favorite activity in our 80-acre lake with a sandy beach. A big attraction is Austin Lake’s famous Wibit inflatable Obstacle Course. We also offer paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards, and bumper boats. Fishermen love fishing in our stocked spring-fed ponds and lake. A kid friendly creek flows casually through the park offering hours of fun.
Austin Lake land activities include hiking trails, bird watching, a large picnic area with shelters, four major playgrounds, pedal karts, tube slide, hayrides and planned weekly events.
Take an adventure and explore our 1300 acres. You may spot a deer, turkey, fox, eagle or even Bigfoot on one of our many hiking trails.
For your added convenience and enjoyment Austin Lake provides rentals of pontoon boats and golf carts.
Stop by our Camp Store to pick up t-shirts, jewelry, toys, candy, mementos and all your supplies for your time here at Austin Lake Park. You will not want to forget your bags of gems for panning at our Austin Lake Gem Mine.
Enjoy the view as you sit lakeside and share an ice cream cone with your favorite friends and/or family members. The Concession Stand also serves hot food, snacks and beverages.
